Inspired by a Love For The Job. 6 prototypes, with 5 of those hand forged, and years of testing got us here. This 8lb Axe has an 8 inch striking face, eliminating overstrike issues for the roof, forcible entry, wall/window breach, and overhaul. The back of the tool has the same benefits as a traditional pick head axe, paired with the largest striking face on the fire ground. The pick also matches a standard aluminum fire wedge for easy progress capture while forcing doors. The marrying pass through is designed to securely lock a married halligan with no strap, as well as extend a halligan for increased mechanical advantage.
